Dr. Hissein Araby Nour has joined the Islamic University of Technology (IUT) as Pro Vice Chancellor, effective 13th February 2025. Prior to his appointment at IUT, Dr. Nour served as Vice President for Research and Cooperation at the University of Science and Technology of Ati in Chad. A respected scholar in his field, Dr. Nour brings a wealth of expertise and experience to his new role. He is a member of the International Academic Advisory Board at MIRS, providing expert guidance on research and academic matters. Also, he was a Member at Center for Sustainability Research and Consultancy (CSRC). Dr. Nour's academic credentials include a Bachelor`s Degree (2007) in Public Administration, International University of Africa (Sudan), a Master's degree (2014) in Public Management, University Utara Malaysia Master Project, and a PhD (2018) in Public Management, University Utara Malaysia.
