For proper management of the affairs of the University, the Vice-Chancellor is guided by the various hierarchies of authorities including the Governing Board elected by the General Assembly, Academic Council, different committees.
The
internal organizational set-up of the University consists
of the Office of the Vice-Chancellor, Departments, Centers,
Registrar's Office, Finance and Accounts Office, Cabinet and
Personnel Office, Library and Documentation Office and the
General Services and Engineering Office.
The
Vice-Chancellor also heads the Administrative Advisory Committee
comprising the Heads of all the Departments and Offices which
meets regularly to review the overall functioning and advise
the Vice-Chancellor to facilitate day to day administration
of the University.
The University is financed primarily by mandatory contributions of the Member States of OIC to its annual budget, income from services rendered by the University and voluntary donations. |
