CALL FOR PAPERS
 
The conference will be conducted in English and papers for presentation must be written in English. Full paper related to the above topics are invited by 31st August 2008. The paper will be peer reviewed and notification of acceptance will be sent by 30th September 2008 along with the instructions for the preparation of the manuscript.

The conference proceedings will be available during the event and therefore, electronic soft copy (preferably in pdf) must be received by October 31, 2008.

 
SUBMISSION OF PAPERS
 

Full paper not published or submitted elsewhere, should be written in English and is to be submitted in PDF format through email to any one of the following members of the Technical Committee. The paper must be written in 12 point single spaced and limited to 6 A4 pages including figures, tables and appendices. The paper should contain (i) Title of paper (ii) Name(s) of author(s) with affiliation, mailing address and email address (iii) Abstract clearly stating the achievement of the work (iv) 3- 5 Keywords, (v) major area of the paper with brief literature review, objective, outcome and conclusion of the work.

The paper should be sent to one of the members of the following Technical Committee by email who is geographically closer to the author:
