19 October-19 November 2009 : Industrial Training for 2nd Year HD and 3d Year B.Sc.Engg and B.Sc.in CIT students.

26 October 2009 : Last date for receiving student nomination for Academic Year 2008-2009. 

28 October 2009* : 23rd Convocation Ceremony ( Subject to confirmation by the Office of H. E. the Secretary General of the OIC & the Chancellor of the University, and the Chief Guest.)
